The Worldwide Women’s Association Recognizes Member, Dr. Debbie Badawi
Dr. Debbie Badawi is the Boys’ Division Principal of Vision International School in the great State of Qatar. Her career of 20 + years spans the public, private, and international sectors in K-12 education. Dr. Debbie’s expertise includes school leadership and administration, curriculum and instruction, and behavioral management. Her experience is diverse and includes working with adjudicated youth at a maximum security treatment facility for juvenile offenders.
Currently she is responsible for overseeing teachers in their classrooms, establishing curriculums and educational development, and the overall leadership and management of the boys’ division at Vision International School. Dr. Debbie holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration from University of Phoenix, 2008 and specializes in leading teams of teachers to achieve their personal and professional best in order to positively impact the lives of young people. She works with students, teachers, and parents to create a school environment grounded in care, compassion, and trust.
She holds internal presentations and conferences with her staff and parents and is engaged with students daily. In addition, Dr. Debbie published a book called “Dalinkwents.” On the horizon she is striving to become a Director/Head of School in international education, and credits her success to teamwork, hard work, patience, perseverance, and persistence.
She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
