The Worldwide Women’s Association Recognizes Klaudia Henry
Klaudia Henry has over 22 years of international experience in people operations, leadership and senior HR positions. She has served as a mentor for senior managers and developed employees to support their career growth and is currently the Senior HR People Operations Learning Leader, at GE.
Klaudia’s key drivers are building, energy and passion for developing people. Throughout her career she has realized how valuable coaching and inspiring is, how a good word from a successful leader can change the mindset and be inspirational for others, and how important it is to encourage and be encouraged. Having a motivated team and individual is a key to success for any leader and organization. This motto resonates well especially in times of uncertainty.
As a working mother she had to make often tough career decisions and find the right balance for herself. As the world is changing and we are facing the unknown, she looking forward to being part of a group where she will find inspiration, and be able to share reflections on the future working environment of women and new opportunities to form.
Klaudia holds her Master’s degree in Linguistics. Moving forward, she plans to network with likeminded professionals worldwide as much as possible.
In her spare time, Klaudia enjoys playing tennis, skiing and water sports with her two children and husband.
