The Worldwide Women’s Association Recognizes Flavia Marchetti
Flavia Marchetti has is an RN and Lead Clinical Specialist for RBCI. She has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and public service, and spent 22 years working for St. Michael’s Hospital as a surgical nurse.
Flavia holds a bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science from Ryerson University and is well known for her leadership and her commitment to continuous and improvement. She specializes in Lead, Chronic Pain Solutions at RBC, and is a senior NeuroTrauma RN at Unity Health Toronto Ontario. She offers over 25 years of acute and subacute clinical experience direct patient intervention with subject matter expertise in healthcare workflow analytics.
She has over 15 years of case management as a clinical specialist and consulting for the insurance industry both private and public systems. She is on the committee for the Manage My Pain app, where she is responsible for providing input on performance enhancements with the app and client engagement.
A proud member of ORNGT and RNAO, she is licensed under the College of Nurses of Ontario and a Graduate of GBC Nursing School with honors. In addition to her BSN, she holds Certifications in ATLS and Six Sigma, York Schulich Business School for Managing People. She is a volunteer for several organizations including Canadian Blood Services and Food Bank, Hamilton and Toronto.
Committed to public service, she is a strong advocate for all her patients going through the healthcare system and disability insurance sector areas.
