The Worldwide Women’s Association Recognizes Indara Nouvet
Indara Nouvet has over 25 years of experience in her field. As PMO Manager of Assa CompaƱia de Seguros, she oversees the various aspects of insurance tasks throughout Panama and Central America. She was driven to the work because she wanted to help people enjoy more productive lives, and is known for taking initiatives and seeing them through to fruition.
With extensive knowledge and experience in the management of technology departments, she is a seasoned project manager in business integration. She excels in leadership and in implementation of technological projects (Traditional methodologies and Scrum), and is responsible for the creation of Project Manager Offices and adopting methodologies in the organization.
Indara is known for leading, motivating, and being an organized and self-taught person. She has extensive experience in the services, industrial, banking, electricity and insurance sectors. She has worked at market-leading companies such as: ASSA Insurance Company, ENSA Electrical Distribution, Gold Mills Panama and Panama Stock Exchange. She also holds reach Change Management, Scrum Master, Digital Transformation and Project Management Professional Certifications.
Her prior roles include: Project Manager in ASSA & AIG integration (Panama and Central America), Project Manager in ASSA & Generali integration (Panama), Team member for the implementation of digital transformation in the company, and preparation of controls and monitoring of strategic projects and BAU.
Indara earned a Master’s degree in Project Management from the Universidad Catolica Santa Maria La Antigua. Outside of her work endeavors she mentors school children, and is planning to continue to grow in the industry. She credits her success to perseverance and determination, and is looking forward to connecting with likeminded professionals.
