As a seasoned telecommunications professional, Lisa Kraml has excelled in multiple roles, including Customer Service, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, Sales Support, Order Management, and Service Delivery. Her diverse expertise and dedication have led to a successful career characterized by numerous accomplishments and projects of considerable magnitude.
 
One notable accomplishment in Lisa’s career was her instrumental role in upgrading the Frontier Communications Internet Capacity for all customers in all service areas. She masterfully completed the Internet Network Expansion Project, increasing the size of the circuit from New York to California and connecting with other service providers throughout the United States. This upgrade resulted in higher Internet speeds and increased availability, benefiting numerous customers across the country.
 
Lisa Kraml’s impact extends beyond the borders of the United States, as she was an integral member of the Global Solutions Team for AT&T, providing exceptional support to large international business customers using AT&T services. Her contributions were instrumental in building the Network Cost Management Team, and she actively participated in developing new processes for pricing LEC circuits.
 
Moreover, Lisa demonstrated exceptional project management skills during her tenure with T-Mobile. She successfully led the Minneapolis Market Fiber Delivery Project, integrating acquired sites from the Sprint network onto the T-Mobile Network. This expansion significantly increased coverage footprint, enhancing network capabilities and customer experience.
 
Throughout her career, Lisa Kraml has shown remarkable proficiency in various aspects of the telecommunications industry, including Carrier Access, Wholesale, Internal Network Infrastructure, Local Exchange Carrier (LEC), Billing and Requests for Pricing, and Service Delivery. Her ability to navigate complex projects and effectively manage diverse teams has set her apart as a true leader in the field.
