Dr. Foluke Fayemi is a dynamic leader with over 25 years of diverse experience spanning product development, healthcare, education, entrepreneurship, and business administration. Passionate about driving transformational strategies, Dr. Fayemi has established herself as a dedicated and versatile professional with a track record of success across various industries.

In her recent role as a consultant and global system trainer for the United States Department of Defense, Dr. Fayemi demonstrated her expertise in clinical system training within complex healthcare environments. She served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Healthcare Electronic Medical Record Systems (EMR), leading multiple complex programs aimed at achieving business objectives and institutional success. Her contributions were instrumental in supporting the world’s largest government Electronic Medical Record system deployment, serving the US Army in Europe and the Pacific Region.
Dr. Fayemi’s career highlights include being a distinguished pioneer trainer at the Pentagon, where she played a significant role in a groundbreaking project. Her ability to navigate complex environments and drive change for success has earned her recognition and respect within the industry.

In addition to her work in healthcare, Dr. Fayemi has also served as a senior academic advisor, providing guidance and support to students on their educational journeys. Her commitment to excellence extends to academia, where she continues to inspire and empower future generations of professionals.
Dr. Fayemi holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from the University of Phoenix, along with a Master of Management-International degree from the same institution. She also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BFA) in Visual Communication from Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria. Her dedication to lifelong learning is evident in her pursuit of continuous education, including a Visual Communication Certificate from the University of Phoenix.
