Carolyn Rusin is a dedicated life coach who specializes in helping women over 40 prioritize themselves, find their joy, and rewrite their stories—without the guilt. With over six years of experience as a life coach, Carolyn has empowered hundreds of women across Canada and the United States to embrace this new chapter of their lives with confidence and purpose.

Before becoming a life coach, Carolyn spent 15+ years in education, serving as a teacher and later as an elementary school vice principal. Her background in education, combined with her extensive certifications in coaching and therapeutic practices, gives her a unique ability to guide her clients through personal growth and transformation.
