After beginning her career at Charles Schwab in 2016, she quickly established herself as a leader with exceptional people skills, holding her Series 7 and 63 licenses while organizing impactful community initiatives. As the Pride ERG Chapter Chair, she led events that strengthened inclusivity, and her pivotal response to the Club Q shooting earned her the distinguished CEO Spot Award from Charles Schwab CEO Walt Bettinger in 2022.

Rachel’s entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to improving mental health led her to leave her financial career in pursuit of her vision. By creating Dungeons NOT Dating, Rachel has provided a social platform for tabletop gaming enthusiasts to connect without the pressures of romantic expectations. Designed for fans of games like Dungeons & Dragons (D&D), the app creates a welcoming space to find new party members, fostering camaraderie and mental well-being through shared interests.

Rachel’s meteoric rise as a startup founder has been met with recognition and excitement:
