An exceptional attorney, Maria Grazia Boldrin specializes in corporate law, dairy industry, power and light and telecommunications. She practices Venezuelan law and international law, provides legal advice, and develops strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost effectively for clients.

Offering over 25 years of experience, Maria is looking to connect with international companies who currently handle or will handle business in the United States and Central and South America, as well as Europe. Willing to connect with people within these companies who make decisions about recruiting senior level employees, Maria’s main objective is to work in the legal area of​​these transnational companies. She can assist in providing services as a liaison between the different legal departments of each country, and to be able to help in the improvement of the processes from the legal point of view.

Maria attended Florida International University College of Law in Miami, FL and Central University of Venezuela, Caracas, earning her LLM (Letters in Law Masters) in May 2017 and becoming a Venezuelan Attorney, Magna Cum Laude, in June 1985. She is currently studying to take the BAR exam next year.

In the telecommunications area, Maria Grazia worked as Manager of Legal Opinions, Tax Legal Adviser, and Legal Adviser to the General Managements of Network and Interconnection, providing an outstanding legal service, which earned her three consecutive years of recognition of excellence by the Company’s Chief Legal Advisor.

In the dairy industry, Maria Grazia worked as Attorney in INDULAC (Currently PARMALAT), one of the most important dairy industries in the country, providing legal services nationwide, wherever the company held operational bases and /or factories.

Maria Grazia works currently as a Paralegal in Mid-South Immigration Advocates, a non-profit organization based in Memphis, Tennessee, where she supports al staff attorneys in the daily activities and cases, withing the immigration field. She also worked as Legal Assistant in Catholic Charities of West Tennessee and have provided interpreting services in English Italian and Spanish in the Memphis area.

Giselle Coelho has had a very successful career at Petrobras (Petroleo Brasileiro SA), where she is Head of Crude Oil and LNG Global Trading Team.  Petrobras is a prominent player in the oil, natural gas and energy industry in Brasil and abroad. Giselle has been in the profession over 29 years. Currently as Head of Trading, she is primarily responsible for the buying and selling of crude oil and LNG internationally. She is well known as a leader in her industry, she holds a Master’s degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Sao Paulo, which she obtained in 2000.
 
Her vision for the future is to coach and lead other female professionals in the industry. She looks forward to networking and collaborating with likeminded professionals worldwide, and speaks fluent English & Portuguese.
 
In her spare time, Giselle enjoys sailing, volleyball and travel.

Marie Nissanka is currently a Senior Advisor for the Evaluation and Research team at Kāinaga Ora (the former Housing New Zealand). Her specialty lies in mixed-methods data analysis, qualitative research methods and providing advice on evidence-based research. Other than her research skills, Marie has a proven track record in attaining positive results through removing barriers and harnessing the potential in people and processes to deliver the optimum outcome.

Marie will graduate with a PhD in Peace and Conflict Studies (specializing in multicultural education in protracted environments) from the University of Otago in 2020. She also holds a Masters Degree with a Distinction from the same institution, a Graduate Diploma in International Development Studies from Massey University and an older Masters degree in Business Administration from Victoria University of Wellington following her undergraduate degree from the same institution.

Marie’s research background is diverse and she has written several research papers on youth abuse, homelessness and crime, organizational learning in non-government organizations, family violence prevention, peace education, multicultural education, sustainable international development, good governance, human rights education and peace-making in protracted environments. She has worked as a researcher for several institutions in various sectors such as the Ministry of Social Development, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, The Peace Foundation, Otago University (research undertaken for the College of Education, Peace and Conflict Studies and the Centers for Sustainability and Cross-Cultural Studies).

Marie is passionate about contributing to society through volunteering and she actively provides pro-bono pieces of research for human and animal rights organizations. She is also a spokes person for social justice and identity-based equality in Sri Lanka and in other post-conflict nations. She is a volunteer evaluation consultant for Education for Global Peace and the Regional Representative for the Australian Evaluation Society. For the past 2 years, Jessika Kostetzer has been working as an engineer and since 3 months ago she started as a partner of Intelectual Engenharia Ltda. She offers construction services, creates models and blueprints, and helps clients to realize their construction and renovation goals. A seasoned project manager, she negotiates contracts, runs meetings, and guides her team to ensure project completion within deadlines.

Jessika holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the state university  UDESC – Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina. She is a member of the Engineering and Architect Society in Brazil: CEAJ – Centro de Arquitetos e Engenheiros de Joinville, and credits her success to her personal training and expertise. Looking ahead, she hopes to continue to build and work with companies, and to gain new partners, building her network.

With over 20 years of professional experience, Isabel Rodriguez Guerra is an Executive Producer and Head of Commissioning at the National Television of Chile.

She brings dynamic leadership skills and unmatched expertise to her role, including independent production, programming, and journalism. Also a talented educator, she taught journalism courses at different Chilean universities and hopes to pave the way for other women as a mother and a journalist.

Isabel holds her Master’s degree in Screen Documentaries from Goldsmith College, University of London.

Moving forward, she hopes to network with likeminded professionals as much as possible all over the world. In her spare time, Isabel travels at least twice a year.
