The Worldwide Women’s Association Recognizes Seniz Pektas

Seniz Pektas is a Corporate Consultant for Jupiter Consultancy S.A. in Panama where she is the owner. Offering more than 28 years of experience in her field, She evaluates and consults with clients locally and internationally. Specializing in Quality Assurance overview, reporting for the quality systems foundation, and all marketing and communications consultancy, she also conducts marketing and communications trainings.

Seniz is best noted for her skills in process management. She has acomplished Business Management Program of Marmara University in Turkey in 2000 and has been the recipient of Syngenta Marketing Excellence Awards where she worked for 25 years.

In the future she hopes to continue to consult all around the world. Seniz says the key to her success has been perseverance, and her biggest achievement was working with and being respected by men in the Middle East while handling various projects. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member. She speaks Turkish, English and Spanish.

Shannon Kyle has over 20 years of experience as a realtor. She is the Managing Broker for Cheryl & CO Real Estate, an agency specializing in residential properties in Colorado. Dedicating the last three years to the agency, her workday consists of recruiting both clients and agents.

Shannon has a background in retail management and was recruited to get involved in real estate due to her warm personality and ability to help others. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities from 1984, and is an affiliate of of PEO International.

In the next few years she would like to continue to grow in her career. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.

Manuela Ricci is a D2C Manager at BSH Elettrodomestici Spa, a home appliance business. With over 16 years of Marketing and Sales experience in her career, Manuela is best known for her expertise in customer relations, marketing, communications and sales. In her current role, Manuela is responsible for developing B2B and D2C Sales channels, including new sales partnership, CRM activities and services programs.

Manuela earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Communications at IULM University in 1997. Her education has served as a backbone for growing a successful business. In the coming years, Manuela would like to going on in challenging herself more facing new projects and new environments.

Anita Kushen Gianes is the Owner of Anita Kushen & Associates. She has worked in publishing for more than 30 years and has worked with many revered published authors in her career.

Having worked as a freelance editor for many years, Anita has mentored young aspiring men and women in the literary field at The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She began her own literary agency over 16 years ago, AKA Anita Kushen & Associates, Inc. Anita now recently reestablished her agency and hopes to continue to publish, edit, and mentor young talent along while expanding her public speaking and continuing work at Universities.

Anita is an advocate of animal rights, and brings a large skillset to the network including: publishing, blogging, social media marketing, creative writing, entrepreneurship and executive business administration. In her spare time she enjoys travel, but calls Colorado Springs, Colorado home.
