Maryrose Petrizzo, President and Principal Consultant at Clinical Quality Assured, is an independent consultant with over 21 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device and biopharmaceutical industries.
Maryrose received a BSc in Chemistry from College of Saint Elizabeth and an MS in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Neumann University. In addition to her work as a Consultant, she is an ordained Roman Catholic Woman Priest, Certified Spiritual Director and Certified Life-Cycle Celebrant with over 25 years in Catholic parish ministry. She has been associated with the Roman Catholic Women Priests-led parish of St. Mary Magdalene in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania, and is a founding member of the New Jerusalem Community in Wilmington, where she will now serve as Spiritual Leader. Maryrose also has a part-time business officiating at all types of ceremonies, particularly same-sex civil unions. She is a member of the Drug Information Association (DIA) and Spiritual Directors International.

Anne François is Owner and Director of Proma Europe, a marketing and advertising company dedicated to promoting clients’ brand image. They supply personalized gifts and premiums consistent with your needs and budgets, and design original and brand-new ideas. With over 25 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry, she opened her company in 2015.
Anne graduated with a Masters Degree in Translation (English & Russian) in 1988 from The Institut Libre Marie Haps in Belgium. She is actively involved with APO.G, UBA in Belgium, and APM (Management Association).
After earning her degree in 1988 Anne began work as a translator when employment rate was very low and started working for an import-export company as an accountant assistant. Through the years she worked in many different positions but was always frustrated by the lack of real opportunity for personal growth without the autonomy of ownership. She started her own company in 2015 which specializes in promotional items. Anne love’s the creative aspect of this work and also the relationships with suppliers, customers and employees. She believes it is important to stay connected with her motivations and her values while delivering the highest quality of products.

Julia Unger is Vice President Human Resources at Tupperware Brands Corporation. An HR professional and leader of 15 years, Julia is highly experienced in developing people, facilitating performance, managing talent, hiring and staffing. As VP of Human Resources at a dynamic company, Julia’s job is multi-faceted and she wears many hats as she analyzes and identifies future organization capabilities requirements with senior management. She develop action plans to close gaps through efficient organization design, long term workforce plans and ensuring proper HR services.

Ida Chong, FCPA is a Professional Accountant with over 20 years of experience and renowned expertise in accounting, financial analysis and advisement.
After earning her CGA credentials in Accounting and Related Services from the Certified General Accountants Association of BC, Ida went on to pursue a Certificate in Executive Leadership from the CPABC. Before assuming her current positions as Board Member for the Rick Hansen Foundation and the University of Victoria, Ida was an elected public official and served as a member of the Executive Council—Cabinet Minister for the BC Provincial Government, a member of the Treasury Board for the BC Government and MLA for the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia for seventeen years. She also served as a Director at Capital Regional District, a Municipal Councillor at District of Saanich and for 18 years was a Partner in her own accounting firm, Kesteloo and Chong, CGAs. Ida is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Chartered Professional Accountants of BC.
In addition to her work, Ida has a passion for arts and culture, and in 2014 was on the Board of the Victoria Dragon Boat Festival Society, as well as serving as a festival volunteer since 1996. She currently resides in Victoria, Canada, where when not engaged with work, she further enriches her mind with online research and literature.

Julie A. Brown, Co-founder and Director of Business Development at Insight to Recovery, is a mental health industry professional with over 20 years’ experience. Insight to Recovery is a 35-bed PHP (partial hospitalization), IOP (intensive outpatient), and OP (outpatient) program treating males and females ages 18-60. Based in Florida, the company is a nationally recognized organization with over 15 years providing services in Palm Beaches. Julie is responsible for all business development and community outreach within the organization.
Julie has an outstanding team at Insight to Recovery and is proud of the clinical treatment the program provides. Driven by an innate desire to help people, Julie and her husband established Insight to Recovery in 2001. They have been very successful in their mission: To provide Real Life Recovery which combines clinical services and a unique level of care that bridges the gap between the lessons of treatment and the actual experience of sobriety in real life.
Julie is very proud of how the company is growing and standing out in the community. As of January 2016 Insight To Recovery has been awarded the JCHAO for their dedication to providing the best practices in treatment of mental health and substance abuse. Over the next 3 to 5 years she plans on writing a book about building a business and the ups and downs that go along with that. She also plans on traveling, and improving her personal development.
Julie holds a degree in Family Studies and Community Development and a Minor in Psychology from The University of Maryland. She has worked as a Family Service Counselor for the Department of Children and Families, and has gained a wealth of experience working at a Residential Eating Disorder Treatment Program in the Admission Department for 7 years. Julie is a participant in her own 12 step program and is actively involved in developing a foundation that provides education, support, and resources to families whose loved ones are struggling with an addiction.
Julie’s wealth of knowledge and experience in working in various types of industries make her a valuable source of information for members and their families that struggle with addiction. With the raise of alcohol and drug addiction in the United States alone, many families are affected by this epidemic. Julie can help to provide resources for family members to get help.
