Salma Al Hajjaj has enjoyed for over 30 years of successful experience in human resources and leadership development. She has worked in both the private and public sector in the fields of oil and gas, and banking. She is currently the GM of Human Resources at Gulf Bank Kuwait. She is well known for her leadership and emotional Intelligence, and is very interested in women’s empowerment.
She has spent her entire career paving the way for women and thoroughly enjoys coaching and mentoring young professionals. Her vision for the future is to expand her public speaking career internationally where she will be speaking about topics of women’s leadership and encouraging them to own their power and their voices in the workplace. Alejandra Roldan is a Freelance Consultant. In this role, she is known for her dynamic interpersonal skill and unmatched expertise in project development, communication strategy, political analysis and business administration. Prior to this role, she worked as a political and discourse analyst with the governor.

Dr. Irina V. Williams is a medical doctor in the San Francisco Bay area. She is double board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine and is currently the Chief of the Pain Medicine Division of Alameda Health System. She has been with the organization for over 1 year and has built Pain Medicine Division from the ground up. Previously she was a Medical Director of The Pain Medicine Clinic overseeing all medical operations and providing patient care.
Irina is an accomplished published medical professional. She is a member of multiple medical medical societies including The American Academy of Pain Medicine and American College of Healthcare Executives. She is Board Certified in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology. She completed her Medical Degree in Russia at Voronezh State Medical Academy.
Irina has contributed to several books and has given multiple CME lectures on chronic pain management. She completed her Anesthesiology residency at Henry Ford Health Systems in Detroit, Michigan and completed Pain Medicine Fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco. Then she served as a Physician at Kaiser Permanente for nearly 3 years where she also graduated from a Leadership Academy. Irina has worked with Medical Missions in Kenya, helping to provide medical and food supplies and healthcare services for children and adults in.
Daniela Via is currently the Global Marketing Director of Tequila and Mezcal in Pernod-Ricard Mexico, where she has been for the past year. With over 15 years of cumulative experience in her career, she is responsible for brand strategy, digital strategy and portfolio management. Acting as Global Marketing Director, she oversees global brand strategy in leading markets for the Spirits Business like USA, Mexico, Russia, Turkey among others.
Having enjoyed a lifelong love of strategy, Daniela finds it to be her passion. She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Anahuac University in Mexico, and looking ahead hopes to become Vice President of Marketing. She credits her success to her transparency, being upfront, and listening to others.
Caroline Moura Maffra has over 10 years of experience in legal services and is the Founding Partner of Moura Bonato Advogados. Their legal services regarding employment and labor law rights, including pension and taxes, as well as representing clients in court and negotiating on the client’s behalf. Caroline also oversees all office operations, human resources, budgeting, and direct client relations.
Caroline holds her degree in US Law from the Fordham University School of Law and Mediation From Cornell University. Moving forward, she hopes to continue growing in her field and to network as much as possible with likeminded professionals worldwide.
