Gisella Yaksetig is the Chief of Human Resources at ECLAC. With over eighteen years of experience, Gisella is best known for her expertise in human resources. In her current role, Gisella works with the United Nations, amongst other agencies and she is responsible for managing payroll, hiring staff, consulting and research.

In 2003, Gisella completed her studies in international law at the American University. Gisella has been a public speaker on behalf of the United Nations various times. She is the youngest woman in her company to ever hold her current role as Chief of Human Resources.

In the coming years, Gisella would like to continue growing and developing within her company. She credits her success to hard work, determination and her passion for helping others. The highlight of her career has been her promotion to Chief of Human Resources.

Gisella is looking forward to connecting and networking with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member of the Worldwide Women’s Association.

Lucia Petroni is armed with a passion for relationships in life and work, where professional and personal experiences intertwine to become one unique system at work.
A long experience as a Product Manager for international brands and companies throughout Italy, Europe, USA and Asia, and a SICOOL Accredited Counsellor, Professional Trainer and Supervisor in holistic disciplines and human development.
Directly trained by Bert Hellinger more than 15 years ago, Lucia now provides Systemic, Family and Organisational Constellations services to individuals and companies. Her studies and development in Regressions to Past Lives with Brian Weiss in USA gave life to her unique and novel Regressive Constellations work. She is also a Dentosophie Specialist for the interdisciplinary human being re-equilibrium, trained in France by Michel Montaud.

Liselotte Züllig is CFO of 2ZET AG, an engineering and financial management company. Liselotte brings requisite knowledge, skills and experience gained from over 30 years of successful work in various roles. When she’s not working, she enjoys playing the flute, skiing and traveling.

Liselotte has a Certificate in Corporate Governance from HSG University of St. Gallen, 2015. An accomplished management consulting professional, she is highly skilled in the areas of financial analysis, executive business analysis, executive budget analysis, strategic planning, strategic business operations, change management, and corporate finance.

Elisabeth Margrethe Giertsen Halle serves as CEO for Arts of Change, a consulting organizations that serves the film, television, and creative community in the area of marketing and PR. In addition to her work with Arts of Change, Elisabeth serves as CEO of Locations in Norway, a location scouting company serving the Norway and global filming industry. Locations in Norway represents and supplies locations for use in film productions, photo shoots, television, music videos, advertising and sports events.

Elisabeth has been an entrepreneur for 25 years. She previously served as CEO and Founder for Restore Design, a company she founded in 1980 that focused exclusively on the restoration and design of cultural heritage, historic buildings, houses and apartments in Scandinavia within the building period from 1600 until 1930. Elisabeth has done lecturing for the film industry and enjoys encouraging up and coming women entrepreneurs to grow successful start up companies. She holds a global perspective, having spent her childhood in New York and then moving later on to Norway. While living in New York, Elisabeth was scouted by Eileen Ford of Ford Modeling Agency, the world’s most successful model agency of it’s time and worked for them for quite some time before moving on to Karen Model’s of Norway.

As a Consultant, Elisabeth’s skills are highly sought in the area of marketing and PR. She has worked for the international renown Oslo Philharmonic Orchestra and has served as Project Manager for several marketing and sponsorship projects. Responsible for B2B with over 60 clients in the sponsorship business portfolio, Elisabeth is instrumental in her knowledge of press contacts for television, radio and news papers. Elisabeth likes to view all projects with a helicopter perspective and tries to always look at the big picture.

Denise Carpenter is an experienced senior business executive with demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, public policy, leadership development and change management. She was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian Association of Chain Drug Stores (CACDS), now known as the Neighbourhood Pharmacy Association of Canada, in January 2013.
Neighbourhood Pharmacies is the strong voice and advocate for the business of neighbourhood pharmacy and its vital role in sustaining the accessibility, quality and affordability of patient care for Canadians. Association members own and operate Canada’s leading drug store brands, serving patients at approximately 6,500 locations across the country. Focusing on better patient
care, better patient outcomes and better costs, Neighbourhood Pharmacies is driving innovative solutions, through advocacy, networking, research and information services.
She serves as a Director of Thunder Bay Hydro Corporation, Crow’s Theatre and Oshawa Power and Utilities Corporation. She is an active member of IWF (International Women’s Forum ) and is a national advisor for Gold Medal Plates.
Denise Carpenter has served as a guest lecturer and executive in residence at the University of Alberta’s MBA program, and written and lectured widely on stakeholder relations, including the Fellows Program at the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs at Harvard.
She specializes in governance, business strategy, risk management, public policy and has a broad network of business, government as well as community leader relationships.
