With over 15 years of professional experience in her field, Noelle Kohles is the Director of Nursing at Tufts Medical Center where she is known for her dynamic leadership skill and unmatched expertise in healthcare, nursing, and patient care.

Noelle holds her Master’s degree. Moving forward, she hopes to network with likeminded professionals worldwide as much as possible.

Rhonda McGill has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. In her current role as Director of Compliance, at Quicken Loans, she oversees the team that handles licensing for the company and its mortgage loan originators, ensuring compliance for all 50 states.

Rhonda is passionate about development of people and finds the most pleasure in developing her team members. Leadership comes natural to Rhonda and she has enjoyed serving in various leadership roles throughout her career. Looking ahead, she plans to continue to expand her leadership knowledge and develop people.
Rhonda credits her success to her perseverance, curiosity and not taking “no” for an answer.

Klaudia Henry has over 20 years of international experience in people operations, leadership and senior HR positions. She has served as a mentor for senior managers and developed employees to support their career growth and is currently the Senior Human Resources BP at GE. Klaudia enjoyed an international career and worked in Austria, Switzerland, Poland, and most recently in France. Klaudia overcame a brain tumor and went through surgery. After 5 months she was back at work and assumed a new leadership role in France.

Klaudia holds her Master’s degree in Linguistics. Moving forward, she plans to network with likeminded professionals worldwide as much as possible.

In her spare time, Klaudia enjoys playing tennis and water sports with her son, daughter and husband.

Charmaine Condappa is a very innovative and creative teacher, currently working at the Helen Betty Osborne Ininiw Education Resource Centre. She teaches chemistry to grades 9-12, preparing lesson plans and educating students. She assigns homework, grades tests and documents her students’ progress, coordinating the science fairs and promoting environmental awareness.

Currently, she is dedicated to teach secondary school science to students in a First Nations community in North Canada. As a teacher, she is also a member of the Professional Learning Community and part of the Positive Intervention Behaviour and Support team of the school.

At the community level, she teaches computer skills to Band members at the University College of the North in Microsoft Word processing, Internet Protocols and Introduction to Microsoft Excel.

Charmaine earned her Diploma in Teaching and Bachelor Degree in Management Studies in Jamaica. Later on she earned a Masters in Science Education and more recently a doctorate in Higher Education. She was a recipient of the Crystal Apple award. Looking ahead, she plans to continue in her role as an educator and help mold her students, guiding them down the path to success. She is especially interested in helping to contribute and make an impact in the greater First Nation Community. She believes that hard work, her passion and drive are the key to her success.
