Currently serving as the Regional Director at Bowen Center, she excels in providing support and guidance to others, both in her professional career and community service activities. With her strong interpersonal and communication skills, Janice easily connects with individuals from all walks of life and at various staffing levels. She is a strong advocate for others, using her voice and expertise to help them meet their needs effectively. Janice holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governor’s University, earned in February 2018. She also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Afro-American Studies from Indiana University in August 1999, with a minor in Sociology. Her commitment to excellence and leadership has been recognized, as she was inducted into The National Society of Leadership and Success in March 2022. Janice actively contributes to various organizations and boards, including the Indiana University Groups Alumni Association Board and the IN211 Advisory Committee.
