Biography

Sharon Buntain has over 25 years of experience in her career. She has had several CEO positions and is currently VP at Montblanc North America, responsible for all categories of the firm's wholesale business (watches, tech, travel, leather goods & writing instruments) managing the field sales team as well as an internal sales team, trainers and marketers. Sharon works closely with clients to stay on top of trends, demand, and omni channel developments. Fluent in French and English, Sharon always knew she wanted to use her language skills in an international business environment. She is noted for her leadership and branding in the Americas, and was recently the a speaker at the Women's Leadership Summit (2019). Sharon is a member of the Women's Jewelers Association and cites her biggest challenge is having an entrepreneurial mindset in a corporate environment. She has successfully launched two businesses as shareholder in the Americas, and credits her success to her positive mindset.
