The Worldwide Women’s Association Recognizes Dr. Kelley Gurley
With over 20 years of professional experience, Dr. Kelley Gurley is an IT Leader with Takeda Pharmaceuticals where she is known for her dynamic leadership skill, genuine collaboration, and unmatched expertise in her field. She has also been nominated among 90 other leaders as a “Trust Leader” for her ability to connect and demonstrate clarity and compassion to her colleagues.
As an IT Leader she has found many ways to break through that glass ceiling and has coached many female leaders to find the same success. She started her own coaching company, www.isolifecoaching.com, driven by her passion of being that “natural coach” to others for over 15 years and is excited to a help others increase success in their own lives using her certifications in Executive and Career Coaching with expertise in Holistic Emotional Intelligence, Positive Intelligence and Life Harmony Coaching. Dr. Gurley as the Chief People Officer of her company also provides workshops to empower women to find their voice in the workplace. She often says, “My only success is that of a successful client” and she goes above and beyond to provide the right level of individual support for each of her clients. In her latest book Nightmare Narcissistic Boss available on Amazon was influenced by her need to help others overcome toxic environments created by challenging bosses and has been described by reviewers as insightful, raw and filled with great tips for the reader to overcome their situation.
Dr. Gurley holds her Doctoral degree in Information Technology with a focus on Human Centered Computing where she puts people in the center of technology and innovation. She has been recognized as a Top 20 Life Coach of 2021 and moving forward, she hopes to network with likeminded professionals worldwide as much as possible and continue growing her international coaching practice.
