Patty Grow, Founder and Chief Marketing Strategist at Grow Strategic Consulting, is a dynamic leader specializing in driving growth through innovative sales and marketing initiatives. With a career spanning top-tier technology companies, she has cultivated a reputation for building high-impact marketing strategies, fostering strategic partnerships, and guiding organizations through digital transformation.
Before launching Grow Strategic Consulting, Patty served as Head of Americas Partner Marketing for Enterprise Workloads and GSIs at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Over her eight-year tenure at AWS, she played a pivotal role in shaping three distinct marketing practices at both global and regional levels. She led the Americas Enterprise Workloads Partner Marketing team, helping partners and customers navigate the migration and modernization of on-premises workloads to the cloud, paving the way for genAI readiness.
Her expertise extends beyond AWS, with key leadership roles at VMware, Symantec, and CDW, where she honed her skills in partner marketing, alliances, and sales. This comprehensive background gives her a deep understanding of the technology ecosystem, allowing her to craft strategies that drive business success.
A graduate of Western Michigan University and an alumnus of the University of Malta’s Study Abroad Program, Patty is committed to lifelong learning and fostering curiosity—a philosophy that underpins her consulting approach. Her contributions to the industry have been widely recognized, earning her a spot as a 2024 CRN Women of the Channel Honoree.
